In your first month, we run a full posture and movement assessment, talk through your goals, and build a simple exercise and nutrition plan around your sessions.
From month two, each visit includes a short check-in to track progress and adjust your plan, alongside your regular massage sessions.
Book your sessions whenever suits you that month. Unused sessions carry over for one month only, then reset.
Add-ons such as CBD oil, magnesium oil, and hot towel therapy are available on every membership tier at standard pricing. Mobile sessions are available to members at our usual mobile rate.
RCVRY SPACE memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum initial term of 3 months from the sign-up date. After the minimum term, memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date. Included sessions must be used within the calendar month they are billed; up to one month's unused sessions may be carried over, after which they expire. The posture and nutrition assessment is provided once, during the first month of membership; subsequent months include a shorter progress check-in rather than a full reassessment. Add-ons are not included in any membership tier and are charged at standard menu pricing. Mobile sessions are available to members at RCVRY SPACE's standard mobile rate and are not discounted under the membership price. Membership pricing, inclusions, and tiers may be amended by RCVRY SPACE with reasonable notice to existing members. Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to individual session bookings within a membership.
