All bookings are made online via the RCVRY Space website. To complete a booking you will need to provide your name, email address, phone number, and valid card details. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and agree to this Booking Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via our secure booking platform (Fresha). This confirms and holds your appointment. All payments are processed securely — RCVRY Space does not store your card details directly.
We understand genuine emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to sudden illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rcvryspace.co.uk or +44 7546 209 879. We review these situations individually and always aim to be fair.
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled finish time to avoid disruption to other clients. The full session fee applies regardless of time used. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment so we can begin on time.
You are required to complete a health intake form before your first session. This must include any relevant medical conditions, injuries, skin conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant health information releases RCVRY Space from liability for any adverse effects that arise from undisclosed conditions. If you are pregnant, have recently had surgery, or have been advised by a doctor to avoid massage, please contact us before booking.
Community discounts (student, NHS, ex-armed services, disability) are 10% off single sessions only. Eligibility must be verified at the time of booking via document upload or self-declaration as appropriate. Discounts:
Recovery programmes are sold as fixed packages. Sessions within a programme must be used within the programme duration (4, 8, or 12 weeks from the start date). Unused sessions after this period are forfeited.
Programmes are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. If you are unable to continue due to a medical reason, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Referral rewards are applied to the referring client's next booking after the referred friend completes their first paid session. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other discounts. RCVRY Space reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral scheme at any time with reasonable notice.
RCVRY Space reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if the therapist believes it is not safe, appropriate, or in the best interest of the client, or if the client's conduct is aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate. The full session fee applies in these circumstances.
